Whether you have limited equipment available or access to a complete commercial gym, our functional strength program can be tailored to suit your needs. Find out what's included in our program below:


5-6 sessions per week: Delivered by our friendly personal trainers, our online functional strength program includes a minimum of 5-6 sessions per week, each with a 45-90 minute duration.


Mixture of condition & strength training: We combine conditioning and strength training in our functional strength track program to help you achieve optimal results.


Options for limited equipment: Don't have access to a full gym? No problem! Our personalised programs can be tailored to use minimal equipment.
