OUR CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
CONDITIONING:
Hunted Conditioning is a high intensity class that includes predominantly body weight movements, cardio machines and running. If lifting heavy weights or throwing around a barbell isn't your thing, or you just want to get a decent sweat on and improve your cardio then this is the class for you.
FUNCTIONAL:
Hunted Functional is a class that uses all movements and training types (conditioning/weightlifting/bodyweight movements all thrown into one!).
It involves constantly varied functional movements performed at both low and high intensity across varied time domains. This creates a fun and exciting atmosphere whenever you set foot on the gym floor!
STRENGTH:
Hunted Strength is a strength based class with little cardio, mainly focusing on compound lifts. The goal of this class is to build strength in the safest and best way possible keeping your joints healthy and lowering the risk of injury.
BODYFITT
Bodyfitt is perfect for you if you are want to help your weight loss journey, gain muscle, strengthen imbalances or pre and postpartum.
If you have injuries, we train around them! Includes partner and team workouts.
This class consists of bodyweight, dumbbell and kettlebell exercises.
No barbells used.
STRONG:
Hunted Strong is a session focusing on technical barbell lifts, we take the time to go through the Olympic lifts and all their variations. It’s the perfect opportunity to throw down with mates, have some fun and try hit some PR'S
OPEN GYM:
Open Gym is for any unlimited members that wish to use the gym for their own strength or workout extras. A coach will be present, however no classes will be run at this time
